District III containing all Post Offices/Facilities in Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties. Burlington County including Burlington, Marlton, Medford, Moorestown, Mt. Laurel and Riverside post offices/facilities.

        Only elected delegates are eligible to vote on Association business. Other members are not eligible to vote on business of the State Association. 

     A member who accepts or acts at any time in any capacity normally performed by a manager from the end of one Convention to the end of the next Convention, shall be ineligible to be nominated or serve as delegate.

     Each delegate shall receive roundtrip mileage at the prevailing IRS rate to attend the State Convention. Mileage for retirees residing outside New Jersey will be determined by the location of their last Post Office of employment.   

     Delegate must be present gavel to gavel any day to be compensated. When annual State Convention is held on a weekend (Saturday) is optional according to Delegates route classification. Delegate must show proof of work on Saturday. Such compensation shall come from the state treasury.
